Bidar Achitecture Shelving and Storage Units are a playful series of forms & features inspired by the Bidar fort – the historic seat of the Bahmanid empire where the exquisite craft of Bidri originated in the 16th century and is practiced by a few surviving craftsmen till date.
The series comprises of Bidri cabinets with drawers and shutters that are lined elegantly with embossed leather by Delhi based atelier Loco Design to create a unique composition of elements for the wall by Bidri Master Craftsman M.A Rauf.
